Here is the reason why you must give your customer some question when you meet them,:
- To get alot of information from them WHY? Because you can give them what they need to solve their problem
- The question you give must to make sure there is no mis understanding between you and your customer... WHY? To prevent loosing sales
- This question technique is the effective way to drive your customer. If your customer doesn't make any buying it mean you cannot create any sales. Selling means you can drive your customer to want your product for help them. The effective way to drive someone in giving them some question. They will not feel push by us at that momment.
- By giving a question to your customer, it mean we push their interest for our product. If you meet the hard customer type, they will just sit or not giving any answer so you cannot know what their thingking about or do they wanted or not. The communication with these people will just one way, IT'LL not give us any chance to make a sales!
