Do Your Customer still remember your name?

If we ask you one question : "do you still remember the salesman name who help you buying your last TV?". You're not blame if you forget her or his name. It is the mistake of that salesman. Right now, So many salesman feel so happy when they have closed their sales transaction and forget how to finish their job completely.
If you are a salesman and want your customer remember your name or even comeback again someday to make another transaction or even to tell their friends about you, you must do some of our advice here.
You must Call them, send them an email, post card or messages.
It all will rewind your customer that you still available whenever they need you.Please don't do some usualy habit let's say like an insurance salesman. Almost of them will contact their customer again
JUST when the time for paying their premi has come!.
It is not effective! So make a call to your customer regularly, even just saying hello or how do you do. You can collect a lot of information from your customer about the product they bought.
You can give advice and help and tips. We promise it will make your customer remember you for along time. Your customer will proudly recommend you to their friend about all the things you have done for them.
Ok, here is what yo have to do constantly:

  • Rewind your customer that you are still working at the same place
  • Rewind your customer of your last contact number
  • Rewind your customer to refer their friends and family member to buy from you
  • And rewind your customer to came back and buy from you again
