How To Handling Customer's Objection

To make a great sales, we often meet some potencial customer but full with objection. So you must have a quite enough experience when meet customer like this. We share here some of our technical approach when you meet them.

We devided customer objection in two criteria :

  • Minor Objection. Is the objection that still can be solved, etc : objection about price of our product.
  • Major Objection. Objections that can't be solved at all, etc : poor of capacity
If you find the objection like point no.2, it means nothing you can do anymore. That customer is not suitable to buy your product, and sales cannot be closed.
But if your customer was give signal which is put them in the minor objection (point no.1) , you just need to do some advice from us below :

  • Listen to their complain
  • Repeat their complain
  • Ask them about their complain which is make more focus
  • Give a reasonable answer for their complain
  • Make sure to them all their complain was answered
